Why I Drink NingXia Red Daily

How to drink NingXia Red

Morning:

Adding 1-2 oz. of NingXia Red to your morning smoothie gives you an extra boost of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to help support your overall health and keep you feeling energized throughout the day.

Here are some smoothie recipes! 

  1. Protein Smoothie: Add 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1/2 cup spinach, 1 scoop Protein Powder, 2oz. NingXia Red, and 3 oz. orange juice to a blender. 
  2. Green Goddess Smoothie: Add 1 cup spinach, 1/2 banana, 1 orange, 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, 2 oz. Ningxia Red, 1/2 cup almond milk, and ice to a blender. 
  3. PB & J Smoothie: Add 1 cup mixed frozen berries, 1/2 frozen banana, 2 tbsp. almond butter, 1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon, 2 oz. NingXia Red, and 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk to a blender.

No time to mix up a smoothie? No problem! NingXia Red tastes so good you can drink it straight up as a shot! If you have an individual packet, you can grab-and-go. If you have a bottle, pour yourself a shot or a double and take it down.

Mid-afternoon: 

If you ever feel that post-lunch slump, you can mix up a NingXia Bomb that will give you a ton of energy for the rest of the day. 

  • NingXia Bomb: Mix one can of NingXia Zyng*, 1 packet NingXia Nitro, and 2 oz. NingXia Red into a glass of ice. Stir and enjoy! 

*NingXia Zyng is a light sparkling beverage with only 35 calories and 35 mg of naturally occurring caffeine. You can always enjoy these individually, but together they take it to a new level!! 

The majority of the time, I drink NingXia Red daily by adding a shot or two to a glass of iced seltzer with my lunch!

Next, my kids love NingXia popsicles! I love them too because I know they’re getting the ‘good stuff’ their bodies need, even if they don’t eat their veggies! 

  • NingXia Popsicles: Add 1 cup mixed frozen berries, 1/2 banana, (optional: handful of spinach), 4 oz. NingXia Red, and 2 oz. orange juice to a blender. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm. (6-8 hours, or overnight) 

If you want a recipe that’s even easier than this one, just toss a NingXia Red individual packet into the freezer. Once frozen, cut the top off and eat it like a push-pop.

Evening: 

How awesome is it that you can support your health while you relax with a tasty drink? You can easily turn these recipes into a mocktails by replacing the champagne or sparkling wine with club soda or seltzer.

  1. Berry Mimosa Cocktail: Add 1 oz. NingXia Red and 1 oz. orange juice to a flute, and top with champagne! 
  2. Sparkling NingXia Cocktail: Add 2 oz. NingXia Red and frozen or muddled berries, and top with sparkling wine!
