Girl’s Bathroom Refresh

Wow, the last time I gave a home update was in January with Our Laundry Room Refresh! We actually completed the girl’s bathroom sometime over the winter, so my apologies for this LONG overdue post! We’ve also been busy refreshing the garage, remodeling the main floor bathroom, and adding to the outdoor landscaping. I promise those posts will come soon too, but as you can see, I’m still playing catch up! For today, I’m so thrilled to share with you the girl’s bathroom refresh!

Girls Bathroom

Tile

We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on this refresh, so we decided to keep the light pink tile on the floors and tub surround. (Before picture at end of post!) Being that it’s the girl’s bathroom, they’re young, and LOVE pink – it totally worked!! Baby brother on the way may not appreciate it when he’s older, but we weren’t pregnant during this project, and it can always be updated later!

Vanity and Fixtures

Since we were keeping the pink tile, I wanted all the other elements in the bathroom to be neutral, crisp, and clean. We opted for bright white walls (paint color is Benjamin Moore’s Chantilly Lace), and a white vanity (linked below). The vanity came with both silver and gold hardware. Thanks to an Instagram story poll, you all helped me decide, and voted for gold! I’m so happy you did, because I was leaning towards gold too! I think the pink, gold, and white palette is so fun for a girl’s bathroom – and they absolutely adore it too!

The matte gold shower and sink fixtures are linked below as well. As I said, we didn’t want to spend a lot of money with this refresh, so they are not “high end”, however, they’ve worked just fine for us over the past several months.

The matte gold light fixture and mirror are both linked below too. The light fixture is high-end, but I linked a cheaper, almost identical alternative, which I also purchased for our main floor bathroom remodel. More to come on that soon… Please also note that the mirror came with a matte gold “bumper” around the circumference that we opted to remove. Upon arrival, we found that the bumper was actually made of rubber and not metal like we were expecting. (It said it right in the description, but I didn’t read it thoroughly!) I wish I got something else, but I didn’t want to return a mirror through the mail, so we just kept it for now. May update later, ha! 😉

Odds and Ends

All the other odds and ends you see are from Target. Some were from the dollar spot, but I’ve linked what’s still available below.
